Hacking Starts
Team forming wrap-up and official hacking window begins. Snacks are available all day.

Lunch is served.
Hacking Ends & Submit
Submit your project by 5:30 PM.
Dinner
Dinner is served from 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM. Eat, get your demo ready, and be back at your desk by 6:00 PM for judging.

Show your work.
Project judging, finalist presentations, competitive awards, the raffle, and closing.
Judging
Judges visit each team’s desk from 6:00 PM – 6:50 PM. We’ll share the format before the event.
Top 5 Finalist Deliberation
Judges deliberate and select the top 5 finalists from 6:50 PM – 7:15 PM. Finalist presentations begin at 7:15 PM.
Finalist Presentations
The top 5 finalists present live on stage from 7:15 PM – 7:40 PM. Each team has a five-minute slot, including its presentation and changeover.
Transition to Awards
A five-minute transition to prepare the stage and line up prizes before competitive awards begin at 7:45 PM.
Competitive Awards
Grand prizes, track awards, and sponsor-specific awards (7:45 PM – 8:15 PM). Each winning team collects its prizes on stage, takes a team photo, then steps down. The top 3 are announced last within the awards presentation.
Raffle
Raffle prizes for individual attendees whose teams did not win any competitive award (8:15 PM – 8:25 PM). Winners collect their prizes on stage, take a photo, then step down. All members of competitive-award-winning teams, including sponsor-award winners, are excluded.
Closing & Group Photo
Final thank-yous and a group photo. Event concludes at 8:30 PM.
